Please sir, might I have more porridge?

I've been home for over two weeks now, and my life's stuck in a rather awful rut.

Awake till 5am and asleep till 11. No lunches, a handful of dinners a week. Sitting at the beach, thinking pointless thoughts. Too much TV, too much internet.

Well, I've decided to get back on track. It's not much of an improvement, but it's definitely better than the old status quo. The guitar's out of the cupboard again, and so are the language text-books. I'm eating at regular meal-times, even if they barely qualify as one. And I have an interview tomorrow. My life's finally looking up!!

Sounds awesome, doesn't it??

Sounds like a miracle, you say??

Sounds like someone waved a wand over the whole situation??

Well I'll tell you what happened. For this amazing transformation, I have only to thank...

The 100% foolproof way to improve your life!!
(Coming soon on TV)

It'd been weeks since I'd had a decent meal.

Exhibit A : Lonely, malnourished boy

And then...

Exhibit B: Nice lady who bought me coffee & bruschetta at Amethyst and fed me a lovely dinner

Exhibit C: drumroll....

And there you have it folks! I am now fit as a horse, and pretty nearly as large. I'm sleeping well and being uber-productive with my time.

So if you want to turn your life around, I suggest finding a nice lady with a killer cook. You can't have this one though, she's mine!!
