This is horrible!! After telling us ages in advance that our first test series starts on the 28th, they've gone and advanced one to the 23rd!! And they don't even bother telling the students!! We have to hear it from a student in another department, who's heard it from a student in yet another department, who's prof is apparently the only kind soul in all these nine hundred acres...
And what is the result?? I'm forced to miss a wedding... It may not sound like much to you, but i assure you i was rather looking forward to it... It would have been one of the few occasions i get to meet my old friends from school... Not any more...
Instead, i'm stuck in this blighted place which incidentally, they're fixing up superficially just because our ex-president(no offense to him) is going to show up for an hour and a half on the 24th!! I hope he sees right through their pretensions...
Not that that's going to help me much... :(
I hope to god i can get my hands on a book by nightfall, else i will probably be consumed by depression...
No wait, my french classes are starting today... I'm taking french as a refresher for my three years of worthless, school-learnt french(We had a brilliant teacher the first year though. Pity she left)...
Nothing else to say except... oh yeah!! My phone stopped working for a couple of hours in the afternoon, and it was by sheer willpower that i managed to keep from getting hysterical... Thankfully, it started working again... But i don't know if i can trust my phone again after that incident... My faith in Nokia is severely shaken... Maybe it's time for something new(refer last post)... :D
All this sounds terribly trivial, doesn't it? Hmmm... something for me to think about...

Oh... yeah.. why don't we tell everyone about your phone-not-working incident? lol...
YOU TRY USING THE MOTOROLA FLIP PHONE EVERYONE WANTS TO OWN.
*wild gesticulation
stick to nokia.i think it is made of the substance fondly known as kryptonite.
@scary eyes - Whaddya mean tell people about it?? Haven't i done just that?? Besides, your version is seriously warped!! You MUST have been very very drunk!!
@lakshmi - Thanks... i've decided to follow your advice. i just remembered all those times that my trusty nokia served me well... that time i dropped it in my bucket of washing, down many many flights of stairs and the dozens of instances of pure carelessness... and emerged unscathed(It might interest you to know that my roommate's samsung underwent the soap-water test, and didn't come out nearly as well. poor workmanship i say...)
oh and of course, the fact that my uncle just joined nokia and has access to free testing samples of new phones, has nothing at all to do with it... :D
And by kryptonite, i take it you mean a nokia's sturdy enough to kill superman if some evil villain decided to toss one at his head... :D
Oh and if it's all right to ask, do i know you??
