I'd been sitting at home all day yesterday and i was going nuts! I hate that feeling of lethargy that comes of spending too much time in your room all day without anything particular to do!
So i decided to take a nice loooong drive. Since i'd have fallen asleep in the car, i decided that that the scooty'd have to do! I think that was the longest i've ever taken on the scooty!
The way i figured it was that all that wind in my face would wake me up. Alas, it was the usual story, i was truly conscious of the ride for a total of about 10-15 mins. The rest as always, i spent deep in thought.
Anyway, what follows is the list of places i went through or went past on the ride, not necessarily in the said order though...
1. ECR (Toll booth)
2. Kalakshetra Colony
3. Besant Nagar
4. Eliot's Beach (spotted loads of people i knew ;) , didn't stop though)
5. Adyar Bridge
6. Manasi's House
7. Anand's House
8. IIT (upto Godav)
9. Kotturpuram
10. Gandhi Nagar
11. TIDEL Park Road
12. Saidapet
13. Mount Road
14. Egmore
15. Marina Beach
Thats all i recall at the moment. Its all kinda hazy.
But it was an excellent hour or couple of hours or whatever!
